PREPARATION FOR YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT AND WHAT TO EXPECT
  1. There will be trucks unloading materials to your home very soon. Please notify your Claims Specialist immediately to check the materials delivered.

  2. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AND PETS AWAY FROM THE WORK AREA.

  3. Please remove all loose items from shelves and walls. Hammering may cause vibrations that may shake items and cause damage.

  4. Please remove all items from around your house where roofing debris or bundles of shingles might fall. Some items that may require your attention are patio/pool furniture, potted plants, gardening equipment, grills, etc.

  5. We will need access to your driveway to load debris and do cleanup work. Please park your cars, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, etc. away from the driveway.

  6. Please be prepared for the noise! There will be constant hammering for the duration of the project. You may want to plan some time away from the house while the job is in progress.

  7. Occasionally, power tools are needed to cut decking, install shingles, etc. If no external outlet is available, a power source supplied during the day(s) of installation would be appreciated.

  8. Nails that fall from the roof during the job will be picked up with a magnetic nail roller. We will make every effort to pick up the nails. Please be advised however, that a few nail hidden in the grass or shrubbery may remain.

  9. Satellite dishes must be removed and reinstalled when your roof is being replaced. Please be advised that sometimes reception may not be restored when your roof is complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate arrangements with an appropriate service provider.

  10. We try to take every precaution to protect your flowers, plants, trees, and shrubs. However, at times, due to the layout of the landscape or steepness of the roof, some leaves or bloom may be knocked off from falling debris.

  11. Precautions are taken care to prevent gutter damage. However, there are instances when damage to gutter is unavoidable, especially on very steep roofs or roofs that are completely surrounded by gutters.

  12. For each day it rains, work on your house will be delayed. To avoid exposing your home to inclement weather during the construction process, our crews do not tear off more than they can replace in one day.

  13. A+ Home remodeling Co., Inc. will take every precaution to make this project run smoothly with the least amount of inconvenience for you and your family as possible.

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl is made from a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic. Unlike wood or cedar, it won't rot or flake. Vinyl is usually less expensive to purchase and install than most other siding materials. There are, however, drawbacks. Vinyl can crack, fade, or grow dingy over time. Vinyl is also controversial because of environmental concerns.
